Screening Questions
Screening questions can be included free of charge every time you create a job ad and elect to use this site for managing your applications.

Screening questions provide you with the means to explore certain details about candidates which might preclude their appointment and allow you to review applicants accordingly.

Some examples of screening questions are:

      • Do you have a current driver's license in appropriate state?
      • Are you available to start work within the next two weeks?
      • Why are you applying for the role?
      • How many years experience do you have in XYZ?

Your screening questions should be prepared and ready when you create your job your ad.

You are able to choose whether candidate responses to your screening questions are mandatory or optional depending on your needs and the types of questions you may decide to ask.

If you choose to include screening questions, you will be prompted to select 'Screening Questions' from 'Pending Job Ads' as shown below and enter your questions before the ad will be posted.


Once you have entered your questions, your job ad will be posted. Candidates will be prompted to answer your screening questions as part of their application process and their responses, along with any resume and cover letter they include with their application will be accessible via your Application Tracker.
