Commercially aligned role which will give the post holder exposure to senior management and the Executive leadership team.
Responsibilities will include monthly management reporting plus intelligent commentary for operational management, Executive and Board, working to different KPI frameworks. You will enjoy immersing yourself in the detail and gaining a thorough understanding of the business to enable effective communication of the meaning behind the numbers. You will be able to demonstrate a natural ability to communicate financial data to non-finance personnel in both written and verbal form.
You will also work on commercial projects from concept stage to actuality, looking at the costs vs potential benefits and act as an advisor to management to help them make critical commercial decisions. You will also undertake some regulatory reporting.
Successful applicants will be tertiary qualified and be CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion of the qualification. You will be able to demonstrate robust accounting skills gained in a commercial environment which will have seen you exposed to management and financial accounting and analysis. You will be a confident Excel user, able to build models and use them to evaluate various 'what if' scenarios.
