THE POSITION
The Payroll Co-ordinator's primary responsibility is to assist with the effective management of all client payroll activities, including the preparation of all payroll amendments and ensuring salary and non salary benefits are administered and disbursed accordingly. The Payroll Co-ordinator is the primary point of contact for payroll and employment conditions enquiries and the provision of advice to staff and managers of the client groups.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
  • Input and validate all payroll data, generate and reconcile payroll reports.
  • Distribute salaries in to bank accounts
  • Assist with the administration of Superannuation benefits.
  • Assist with the running of the end to end payroll process for on and off cycles.
  • Preparation of payroll reports using Chris 21
